We are hiring a Senior Consultant to deliver end-to-end data and AI solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem, with a primary focus on Microsoft Fabric. This role is a senior individual contributor operating at an architect-adjacent level, responsible for independently leading client engagements from discovery through production deployment.
This individual will combine deep technical expertise with strong consulting acumen to deliver high-quality outcomes across workshops, assessments, platform implementations, and migrations. After onboarding into our delivery methodology, this role is expected to execute with minimal oversight.

- Operates just below Principal Consultant
- Expected to function with architect-level autonomy in delivery, but without formal practice leadership responsibilities
